Don’t like something about your item and don’t want a new shirt? We are always sad to see you go, but we are happy to make you happy!
We offer returns if the items fall into one of the following categories:
- Item is Damaged in Transit
- Incorrect Item is Delivered
- Item is Defective or Misprinted
- Item in low quality.
All you have to do is email us at [email protected] with your name, order number or proof of purchase (Order ID, Transaction ID, Email,…etc) and a photo of the item(s). We will use this information to help you with your order, and email you back with approval and make things right.
Refunds via PayPal
The refund will return to the account used to make the purchase. This will appear as credit in your account which you can use to make a new purchase, or request to withdraw to your bank account. Log in to PayPal to get started.
How long will the refund take?
The amount of time it takes for a refund to return depends solely on the bank or card issuer. Some banks/card issuers finalise refunds within a couple of business days, while others may wait until the end of the statement month to display and process refunds. If the refund seems to be taking more than one week, you can also contact your bank or card issuer to ask about their usual timeframes.
As the refund is a reversal of your payment, we can only send it back the same way it was received. Reversing a payment in this way is the fastest and most secure way to get the refund on its way back to you.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shirt doesn’t fit? Ordered the wrong design? No worries!
We offer the exchanges so that you can end up with the perfect product! All you have to do is email us at [email protected] with your name, order number and what you’d like to exchange. We will email you back with approval and a pre-paid return label. Just package the shirt back up, attach the label and give it to your USPS mail carrier or local post office.
- Items must be back to us within 30 days of you receiving the original order
- Shirts cannot be worn or washed (trying the shirt on doesn’t count as worn)
- Clearance shirts and Custom shirts are not able to be exchanged
- International customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. A pre-paid return label will not be available.
All Printed On Demand Items will be processed after 24 hours, at this point, we are not able to cancel the order. If you wish to cancel the order, please contact us within 24 hours after the order is placed.
If you wish to cancel the order after the printing process has already begun, please contact us. Return may be needed in order to receive a refund.
